Pre-Wedding
- 1/2 hour Wedding Consultation
- Final Venue Walk-through
- Creation of Timeline
- 1 hour rehearsal coordination
Wedding Day
- 4-6 hours on site Coordination (depending if ceremony is included)
- In place preparations of decorations, vendors and wedding party
- Directing ceremony processional & recessional
- Coordination of Timeline from Ceremony start to Dance Floor opening
Pre-Wedding
- 1 Hour Wedding Design Consultation
- Final Venue Walk-through
- Creation of Timeline
- Day of Vendor Contact
- Manage delivery & setup of Wedding day vendors
- 1 Hour rehearsal coordination
Wedding Day
- Up to 8 Hours on site coordination
- Start of day setup and decorations OR end of night clean up and packing
- Coordination of timeline from Ceremony to opening of dance floor OR Ceremony to end of night clean up (based on venue rental)
- Point of contact for vendors

- Up to 3-1 hour Wedding Design meetings
- Preliminary & Final Venue Walk-through
- Creation of Timeline
- Week of Vendor Contact
- Manage delivery & setup of Wedding day vendors
- Up to 2 hours of rehearsal coordination
Wedding Day
- Up to 12 hours on site coordination
- Directing ceremony processional & recessional
- Coordination & assisting with setup and decorations
- Point of contact for vendors
- Coordinating cleanup and packing
- Upon request, distributing any final payments
*All packages cover up to a 60 mile radius outside of Richmond. There is a $250 travel fee for the next 60 miles after that and $100 fee for every 60 miles after that. **Credit Card & Service fees applies ***For any insurance needs, there will be an added cost.

These are customized to your wedding decor. They have planter bottoms that can be decorated to your liking for your wedding flowers and colors.
