Ceremony Package
Pre-Wedding
- 1/2 hour Wedding Design Consultation
- Final Venue Walk-through
- Creation of Timeline
- 1 hour rehearsal coordination
Wedding Day
- 4-6 hours on site Coordination (depending if ceremony is included)
- In place preparations of decorations, vendors & wedding party
- Directing ceremony pro- & recessional
- Coordination of Timeline from Ceremony start to Dance Floor opening
Partial Day Package
Pre-Wedding
- 1 Hour Wedding Design Consultation
- 2 Venue Walk-throughs
- Creation of Timeline
- Day of Vendor Contact
- 1 Hour rehearsal coordination
Wedding Day
- 6 to 8 Hours on site coordination
-Typically, 12-8 or 2-10
- Directing ceremony pro- & recessional
- Point of contact for vendors
- Start of day setup and decorations
- Coordination of timeline up to dance floor opening
- OR -
- In place prep of decor, vendors & wedding party
- Coordination of timeline: Ceremony to end of night clean up
Full Day Package
Pre-Wedding
- Up to 2- 1 hour Wedding Design meetings
- Up to 3 Venue Walk-throughs (including final)
- Creation of Timeline
- Week of Vendor Contact
- Manage delivery & setup of Wedding day vendors
- Up to 2 hours of rehearsal coordination
Wedding Day
- 8 to 12 hours on site coordination
- Directing ceremony pro- & recessional
- Coordination & assisting with setup and decorations
- Point of contact for vendors
- Coordinating & assisting in cleanup and packing
- Upon request, distributing any final payments
*All packages cover up to a 60 mile radius outside of Richmond. There is a $250 travel fee for the next 60 miles after that and $100 fee for every 60 miles after that. **Credit Card & Service fees applies ***For any insurance needs, there will be an added cost.
