Planning Packages

Partial Planning Package

Pre-Wedding

- Up to 3- 1 Hour Consultation design meetings

- Up to 3 Walk-throughs of Final venue

- Creation of Timeline

- Creation of Floor plan

- Month of Vendor contact

- Arrange & coordinate wedding rehearsal


 Wedding Day

- 10 to 12 hours on site Coordination

- Coordinating & assisting with setup

- Point of contact for vendors

- Directing ceremony processional & recessional

- Coordination of Timeline

- Assisting with guests needs

- Coordinating & assisting with end of night clean up

Upon request  

- Help finding up to 3 vendors  

- Help creating floor plan  

- Arrange hotel room block  

- Budget Planning 

- Coordinator Insurance coverage 

*All packages cover up to a 60 mile radius outside of Richmond. There is a $250 travel fee for the next 60 miles after that and $100 fee for every 60 miles after that. **Credit Card & Service fees applies ***For any insurance needs, there will be an added cost.
