All packages cover a 60 mile radius outside of Richmond. An initial travel fee will be added for the first 60 miles outside the travel radius for the coordinator.
An additional cost per assistant will be added per 60 miles outside of the travel radius.
Some venues require your coordinator to have insurance. This will be an added cost to the Ceremony and Partial Day Coordination packages.
We use Square to Credit Card payments. This fee can be waived if paying with a check.
Should you have a venue or two, on a large property, or no staff members from catering or the venue to serve or replenish a buffet table.
If catering doesn't already cover cutting the cake.
